Fitment & installation
For the 2018+ M8 Softail Low Rider family in the rider position with stock mid-control footpeg mounts: Low Rider FXLR, Low Rider S FXLRS and Low Rider ST FXLRST, in the model years listed. This is a different mount from the traditional Dyna version. It is not for 2017-and-earlier Dyna Low Rider FXDL / FXDLS mounts or passenger mounts. Forward-control conversions and aftermarket control mounts require separate confirmation. Confirm the exact model, year, controls and installation requirements before ordering. For racetrack use only; the purchaser and installer must determine suitability for the application.

The original store listed M8 Shred Pegs separately from the traditional-mount Shred Pegs. Its M8 application is the stock rider mid-control footpeg mount.
The updated polished version retains the 1.5-inch upward offset, diamond-cut grip, polished stainless ARP hardware and American manufacture.
The M8 mounting configuration is distinct from traditional Dyna mounts. Model names alone do not establish fitment: check the model code, model year and actual controls.
