30-DAY RETURNS.
Our return window is 30 days from purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Email info@shredmotoco.com with your order reference for return instructions before sending an item back.
RESTOCKING AND FINAL SALE.
Eligible returns of undamaged hard parts carry a 25% restocking fee. Sale items are final sale.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
Contact us within seven days of receiving an item if it arrives damaged. Email us with your order reference if an item is defective.
RETURN POSTAGE.
You pay return postage for ordinary returns. Shred Moto pays return postage for damaged or defective items. Contact us for instructions.
REFUNDS.
We inspect returned items and email you the refund decision. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank's processing time can affect when the refund appears.
